What are some of your go-to self care habits or treats to help you get through the darkest depths of winter? Lately I’ve been working on getting to sleep earlier (thank you, Trazodone). Also, being more intentional about regularly stepping away from the computer.
A friend with no kids recently added me on Apple Watch to challenge each other and he was shocked by how much activity I get. Just getting my 3 y.o. boy and 11 mo. old girl ready and to daycare everyday feels like a marathon. I’m usually done with my 45 minutes of “workout” by 9 a.m. #applewatch #parenting
One thing I’m relearning as a parent of two young children is how to take better care of myself. As someone with #ADHD, planning ahead has never been a strong suit. I’m only recently realizing how beneficial it is to do things for myself during the day…while they’re in daycare.
