Seismic retrofit by @seraarchitects. I like the corners, and that the basement will be daylighted. Hopefully the old concrete gets a power wash and the interior gets a refresh.

Our hemlock straight up died. Very strange.

Happy it’s no longer calling for snow this week. Might need to thin this out later, once I see how it does, but got it in early which makes me happy.
