I’ve been having this issue with the new Apple Mail where it becomes unresponsive sometimes when I open it by clicking an email notification. I have to force close to get it to work again. Very strange.

One reason so many people have an aversion toward attached housing is the uniformity and blandness of it all. Uninspired finishes that an HOA controls with no hope of evolving character. I wish we had more examples of fee simple attatched housing. Even some 80s hoods are looking decent these days.

We’ve got a few weeks left of the year, but I’ll post my 2024 fuel consumption “wrapped”. $188 in electricity in 7.5 months, which can be extrapolated to about $300/yr (vs $1760/yr for gas at 25mpg). I’ve driven 5383 miles. This is equivalent to 121 mpg. My wife’s ‘22 Sienna hybrid averaged 32 mpg.

It would be helpful if the popular GPS/mapping applications could detect when you’re already on a train/transit route and adjust the trip duration accordingly. The only way I’ve figured out how to get around this limitation is to put your starting point as the next transit stop.

Actually took my meds today and spent some time this morning filling out my calendar for the month ahead. A tiny bit of relief for my ADHD brain having the chaos written down somewhere.
