Mostly nostalgia, but they’re great for teaching my kid about physical media and forcing myself to listen to entire albums.

There is a small but passionate community of users, too. Someone even developed a browser app to get music onto NetMD recorders without the need for Sony software. It’s awesome.

Can any Galaxy/Android users help me understand why, when I text short videos to my parents from my iPhone, the videos are tiny and super pixelated? Seems like this didn’t happen with friends who had Android. They’re on an unlimited data plan so this isn’t a concern. My 3100 gallon rain cistern is finally full as of this week. Last year it was full by the end of October, but we had a drier start start to the season this year. I use this water all summer long to water my 3 raises beds.
