  • I wish Redfin took better care of Walkscore.com after buying it. I remember being so excited about the idea 10 years ago. Not only does it look like the site has never been updated, I’m told the data is only updated every 6 months. It seems much staler than that in my area.

  • We’ve been looking at real estate a little bit. I don’t understand how people afford Multnomah County property taxes. It’s gotta be one of the highest property tax burdens in the country. In some cases, the monthly property tax payment would be as high as our PITI in Washington County.
