Everything was beautiful and nothing hurt.

I wasn’t crazy about the woody taste of the last batch of hot sauce I made. So this time the only thing going into the fermentation are homegrown Red Hot Chili Peppers, a red sweet pepper, and garlic. I also removed the stems and sliced the peppers length-wise for good measure. 🌶
