Kind of a catch 22. I’ll easily trade my 1200 SF home my young family had outgrown and can’t afford to move out of for one of those large mid century homes they’ve got locked up. Unfortunately they want 900k for them out here, and at 6% interest rate, I guess we’re both dying in place.
